Tideway is situated on one of the finest pieces of real estate in Bermuda. The imposing Bermudan style house has steps leading down to an immaculate lawn that would do credit to a golf or bowling green. The garden, which juts out into the water of the Great Sound, offers stunning views in all directions. Myriad fish can be seen in the pristine waters that surround the property on three sides. Turtles and sometimes manta rays are among the many regular visitors, whilst steps leading down from the main dock facilitate swimming in the sheltered waters.

Next to the house, and part of the large terrace, is an infinity horizon swimming pool. The pool and the sea blend into a seamless stretch of azure water that extends out into the distance across the Great Sound.

The main entrance to the house is at the end of a virtually traffic free private road that is also a cul-de-sac. A delightful lovingly tended garden and another lawn lead to Fairylands, a sheltered bay where a floating dock gives 'walk on' access to the motor boats - an ideal way to explore the many islands in the Great Sound, the reef or even to go to Hamilton itself, no more than ten minutes away.
